Morkata Gata • Natural-Processed Guji Heirloom
Tasting Notes "This coffee punches above its gold label class. Lots of delicious complexity sits in this cup if you brew it coarser. A very nice fruited sweetness with that classic natural process Ethiopian stone-fruitiness in the middle of the cup. As it cools you get a very pleasant floral essence, all bundled up into a great tea-like mouthfeel." -Jonathan, Head Roaster Connection to Newland Coffee: Our relationship with Newland coffee (Brendan) began when we were cupping with our friends at Necessity coffee in Encitas. Brendan happened to be there at the time and hopped into the cupping wit
