Little will remind you about drinking a decaffeinated coffee. After harvesting, the Red bourbon variety has gone through a similar processing like our other Lots from the well regarded producer Wilton Benitez (Anaerobic yeast + Thermal shock). This particular coffee has been decaffeinated following the sugarcane processing
