I bought this coffee, expecting to take it pretty dark. When I did my profile roasts, it was good dark, but it was exceptional as a light roast. Berries. Strawberry crossed with mellowing mulberry. Floral and sweet, both on the nose and palate. Peanuts, which I know can be a sign of a defect, either in the bean or the roast, but it works here. It tastes intentional h
