This M exico coffee offers you a sophisticated and clean cup with bright citrus sweetness, delicate chocolate overtones, and complex nutty notes. An Arabica coffee which is "High Grown" in the rich volcanic soil of the Sierre de Madre Chiapas region known as Turquesa, or Turquoise (for the brilliant blue skies), in southern Mexico. These single origin beans are processed by the wet-processed or “washed” method. This means that the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
