Xarisma – Nicaragua es un café de la variedad Catimor, Catuaí y Catuaí Rojo, originario de la región de Nueva Segovia. Esta región es conocida por producir cafés con características distintivas, fruto de su microclima, su suelo y la dedicación de los productores locales. Su proceso de beneficiado es Lavado, una técnica que influye de forma decisiva en el perfil final de la taza.
