Origin: Zheijang, China For the more caffeine sensitive folks, we have a wonderful traditional green 'sencha style' leaf that has undergone a decaffeination process. With the same cup and flavor profile as our delicious Chinese Sencha, yet without the caffeine, this tea is a safe and wholesome cup. Brewing into a light liquor, this tea holds that familiar bright and semi-sweet profile with the classic grassy flavor senchas are known for. Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon for 12 oz of water heated to 175F/80C. Steep 2 to 3 minutes.
