EA decaf uses ethyl acetate, a naturally occurring compound found in fermented sugars and ripe bananas, to remove caffeine without stripping what makes the coffee worth drinking. No harsh solvents. No flat, papery cup. Just a clean, intentional process that respects the bean. What you get is a fully washed Colombia from Huila that actually tastes like coffee. Melon, graham cracker, milk chocolate. Smooth and approachable from start to finish. Limited run.
