Produced through Mountain Harvest’s quality-focused program, the coffee develops deeper sweetness and fruit-forward complexity through careful anaerobic honey processing. The cup offers notes of golden raisin, brown sugar, warm spice, and sparkling malic acidity — sweet, layered, bright, and syrupy. Carefully roasted in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
