Costa Rican
Tarrazú Valley, Costa Rica Milk chocolate and wildflowers from the mountains of Tarrazú. Nestled among the mountain valleys and steep slopes of Costa Rica’s Los Santos region, Tarrazú is one of the country’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas. Its high elevations, cool temperatures, and clearly defined rainy and dry seasons create ideal conditions for producing coffees with excellent aroma, balanced acidity, and a naturally rich character. Our medium roast highlights La Pastora’s bright yet comforting profile, pairing creamy milk chocolate with delicate wildflower notes and a touch of fresh
