This cup is complex with notes of stone fruit like plum, apricot and peach, florals like rose water and jasmine, and body and tannins of a dry white wine. This coffee comes from our friend and importer, Yoni Girmai. This is second year having the honor of carrying Yoni’s coffee in our shop. As our relationship continues to grow, so does the coffee quality and complexity. Uraga is a high elevation coffee growing area within Guji where 850 smallholder farms contribute their coffee cherries to what you taste. Each farmers small lot is dried and blended at the Uraga Washing Sation, managed by Muba
