Decaf Colombia Espresso
Our Decaf Colombia, offered for espresso. Same coffee, same roast — we list it separately so we can build our espresso range around what our espresso customers actually order. Process: Sugarcane decaffeination, which uses ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane rather than a synthetic solvent. It is the process most decaf drinkers prefer, because it leaves more of the coffee’s own character behind. Espresso starting point: 18 g in, 36 g out, 27–30 seconds. Sold whole bean only.
Merchant's tasting notes: black tea, lemon, amaretto
