Dark roasted Honduran coffee with flavor notes of toasted almond, citrus and dark chocolate. Grown at 4200 – 5400 feet elevation, fully washed then mechanically dried from November to March. This coffee is sourced from Productos Orgánicos Nueva Esperanza S DE R.L. DE C.V. (PRONE), an organization located in the municipality of Siguatepeque, Honduras. PRONE was established in 2008 and works with 116 coffee producers from five departments in Honduras.
