dark chocolate, brown sugar. Vienna roast. This is an excellent water-processed decaf (see here for more info on different ways to create decaf). We’ve been really pleased with the high quality of the water-processed decaf from Honduras, Mexico, and Peru. Water-processed decaf has less acidity than regular coffee, while retaining the full-bodied flavor we look for.
