Atlas Dark Roast Blend
Atlas is our darkest blend, unique in its roasting method. We roast three origins separately, at temperatures that best reflect their inherent flavors, and then blend them together post-roast. It takes three times longer than any of our other blends, but creates a robust and bold taste with intense depth. Created to be approachable, yet complex, Atlas is an excellent choice for those beginning to enjoy specialty coffee. We recommend it for gift-giving, as its still flavorful with cream and sugar.
