Ethiopia - Anasora Site
Our favorite on pour over, this single origin Anasora Site Ethiopia is bright, and expressive—perfect for a morning cup. Shade grown at altitudes over 2,000 MASL, these coffee cherries are small in size, but packed with flavor. Naturally processed, and roasted to a light-medium, the signature flavors of the Guji region are brilliantly showcased by this coffee. This coffee shines on the cupping table. We taste a rich, tea-like body that is bright, but not lacking any punch. Crisp notes of dried lemon shine through a balanced cup.
