La Mexicana Decaf
Cupping Notes: Creamy, Chocolate, and slightly Nutty This is an S.H.G. (Strictly High Grown) specialty grade coffee From the high mountains west of Vera Cruz Mexico comes a delicious coffee that is decaffeinated through the “natural” process, and roasted dark well into the second crack, and dumped when tiny specks of oil appear on the bean. This is a fully flavorful coffee that has often been selected as one of our best dark roasted coffees in our periodic coffee tastings. You would never suspect that it is decaf!
