Santa Cruz Ozolotepec - Washed Process Medium Body & Smooth Nougat & Chocolate Mousse This lot comes from families cultivating coffee on farms with just a few acres, living near the town of Santa Cruz Ozolotepec. Each coffee farmer harvests and processes coffee with their own micro-mill. Growers work with exporters specializing in transparency and paying higher prices to farmers.
