Soren’s Project • Colombia
Soren’s Project was our first blend, named after Commonplace Coffee owners TJ and Julie Fairchild’s first-born child. Through the years, Soren’s Project has evolved from a blend to a single origin coffee. Now, as we continue to advance and refine our coffee program, we have re-worked this offering back into a blend. And the redevelopment process involved the very person the blend was originally named for: Soren Fairchild With the help of Soren and the Commonplace Coffee roasting team, Soren’s Project is comprised of coffee from the Grupo Mártir and Divino Niño cooperatives, located in Huila,
