This isn't a coffee you see every day. This co-fermented Purple Caturra from Colombia is rich with blueberry, blackberry, and passion fruit, finished with a hint of hibiscus. It's heavy-bodied and incredibly fruity, reminding us of a really good dessert wine. This is the result of a grower that is dedicated to their craft and genuinely curious about what experimentation can do to improve the cup.
