Ethiopia Chelelektu
The Chelelektu is sweet, structured coffee with stone-fruit fruit sweetness. Ripe peaches, vanilla and honey are the main flavor notes, with some jasmine and black tea coming through as well. Coffee Details This fully-washed coffee is from the Chelelektu washing station, located in the highly-revered Yirgacheffe growing region of Ethiopia. This is a beautiful coffee, laden with stone-fruit fruit sweetness. The body is silky and structured, and the finish is lingering.
