Windmill Coffee Roasters · United States
TECHNICOLOUR
Origin: Colombia / Ethiopia Seasonal Blend Process: Washed / Natural Style: Modern Tasting Notes: Toffee, Floral, Stone Fruit. Versatility; that is the goal for our Technicolour blend. We hit it and developed it in a unique way to taste great in an espresso, creamy and sweet and light without sourness. Also light enough to be great as drip or a pour over without tasting over-developed. It is currently the favorite daily drinker at the warehouse.
