Illicit is sweet and bright and silky and tangy. Natural sugars ride on a wave of citrus punch. It's well balanced as the whole palate is engaged with different sensory pleasures. As an espresso, the shots are bright and sweet like hard candy. Illicit is our original espresso blend so we had to rock it with palate shocking flavor. We grabbed the sweetest coffees we could find and blended several different origins to achieve the perfect shot. The extraction is syrupy and heavy. The crema is huge and hella brown making it the perfect palette for latte art.
