Santa Rosa 1900 - Light Costa Rica
Baked Apple, Allspice, Honeycomb Limited Time Offering - Costa Rica shows off in a quieter, more refined way here. This cup is clean and expressive, with baked apple sweetness, warm allspice spice, and a honeycomb-like richness. Bright but composed, it’s the kind of coffee that feels intentional from first sip to last! This coffee comes from the Macho farm in Santa Rosa, high in the mountains of León Cortés, Tarrazú. At 1900 meters above sea level, the cool temperatures, steady winds, and sandy soils help the cherries ripen more slowly, which builds sweetness and keeps the cup clean and clear.
