El Jefe Espresso
"El Jefe" means "The Boss," and Matt (our roastmaster) named this one after his dad. It's a medium-dark espresso blend with notes of milk chocolate and molasses. The chocolate is soft and approachable, not sharp. The molasses adds slow, dark sweetness that gives the shot its depth. Smooth and balanced as a straight shot or with milk. This espresso was built around the idea that strength doesn't have to be aggressive. Full-bodied, clean finish, and a blend that means something to the people who roast it.
