All in all, a super tasty combination of fruity-floral and nutty flavors. We roast it medium, perfect for espresso, Moka-Pot (Bialetti) and for lovers of slightly darker filters. In your espresso, you won't taste any disturbing roasting notes that would overpower the typical taste of south-western Ethiopia. The acidity is well integrated and supports all the flavors.
