EA Cane Sugar Process The decaffeination process begins with fermented molasses that is used in the creation of Ethyl Acetate solution, widely used in the food industry. Also, naturally occurring in fruits such as berries, pineapples and apples. Green coffee is steamed to prep the structure of the coffee for extraction.
