Los Taitas - Colombia / DRIP profile
300 small scale coffee producers contribute to this exceptional coffee. In Colombia, most coffee producers work very small plots of land, typically less than 5 acres. This community grows the coffee at very high elevations, 1,700 - 2,000 meters above sea level. Producers dry the coffee on small scale raised beds or shade covered green house type drying patios. This coffee is incredibly sweet and complex without sacrificing a balanced profile that makes it enjoyable to drink nonstop. Flavor Notes - Sugar Cane, Strawberry, Chocolate Processing - Washed
