Die Farm von Esayas Beriso liegt auf rund 2.350 Metern Höhe – ein extremes Terroir, das langsame Reifung, dichte Bohnen und ein klares, intensives Aromaprofil begünstigt. Die Natural-Aufbereitung bringt die fruchtige, süße Seite dieses Kaffees nach vorn, ohne die typische Eleganz äthiopischer Kaffees zu verlieren.
