Origin: Uganda Region: Kyabwire, Kazingo - Rwenzori Mountains, Western Uganda Producer: 11 Farmers from the Kyabwire village Elevation: 1700 - 1900 masl Variety: SL28 Process: Natural Coffees are floated and sorted 3 times before processing. The cherries are then fermented in sealed barrels for 48-72h until reaching a pH of 3.5. Dried on raised beds for 4-7 days until reaching a moisture content of around 20%. They are then stored in bags and undergo a second fermentati
