Ethiopia Habtamu Fekadu
Coffee overview Habtamu Fekadu Aga has had a prolific year. I have seen his name all over many excellent releases from other roasters, and I think he was able to get a lot of his produced coffees through the mills and exported earlier than many others this season (my understanding is he owns and operates this particular station in Guji). So it is no surprise we are releasing his work first for Ethiopia season. This washed lot comes from the Goro washing station in Guji, and was further dry milled at the Kuri Mountain dry mill in Addis. It is a staple Guji washed lot with a broad range of stone
