Our medium roast Costa Rica is from the Monte Crisol cooperative in Alajuela, Costa Rica. This coffee is all about balance. It starts with a juicy tangerine notes that persist through the cup. In the middle there is a little bite of orange zest that is balanced by a sweet mix of cinnamon roll and maple syrup. The finish is long and citrusy with a hint of cinnamon. It's the clean, balanced cup you'd expect from Costa Rican coffee—mild, tasty, and ready to make your mornings brighter.
