This rotating blend is sourced of overlooked coffees that we roast to make shine. This approachable blend reminds us of the best damn diner coffee you’ve ever had. Farmers work extremely hard to get their beans into speciality grade. Some get lucky, others don’t. Although the elements of this blend will change over time, our goals won’t: to find the past crop or slightly under-scored coffees that didn’t get their shot and let them shine!! We’ll never stop carrying the crazy coffees that we do, but we hope this blend will make you look at coffee a little differently.
