Medleno Coffee Shop & Roastery · United States
Colombian Supremo
Tasting notes: Smooth, flavorful, lingering walnut, chocolate taste. Known for its rich, mild flavor, because of the perfect climate and high quality beans. Typically grown between the cities of Cali, Medellin, and Bogota, aka the Zona Cafetero or Eje Cafetero (the Coffee Axle). The high altitude, wet, tropical climate, and volcanic soil seem to be made to grow coffee. All Colombian coffee is “washed” coffee, which gives it a rich taste and aroma.
