Yemen Reserve
TAKE A SIP Roasted light to keep the cherry and citrus. Dried fruit, berry sweetness, and a long finish. Nothing else we roast tastes like it. Why it costs what it costs Yemen is where coffee was first farmed. The farms are small, high in the mountains, and picked by hand. There isn't much of it. We price it to match what it costs us. When it's gone, it's gone. How to brew Pour-over is the best way to drink it. V60 or Chemex: 15g coffee, 250g water, 205°F. Drip works with a clean paper filter. Skip espresso and French press. The delicate notes get lost.
