Ethiopia - Idido
Idido Natural is a sundried natural coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown by small producers around the Idido area. The coffees are delivered to Mikiyas Bogale's washing station, where ripe red cherries are sorted and dried whole on raised African beds. In the cup: strawberry, blueberry and red grape. The natural process gives this coffee a juicy fruit profile with plenty of sweetness, while the high elevation keeps the cup clean and lively. We roast it for both filter and espresso.
