Le Mistral
L’assemblage « Le Mistral » se veut piquant et intense, un peu comme nous ! Pour ce faire, nous torréfions dans notre brûlerie des cafés exclusivement africains d’une grande complexité, selon des profils de torréfaction spécialement adaptés. Ils sont ensuite finement assemblés pour développer vivacité et légèreté, offrant des notes fruitées et acidulées pour une tasse gorgée de soleil ! Il se boit : en « Jus de Chaussette » cheveux au vent.
