Who: Quebraditas Coffee Farm is a family-rooted project in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia. Edinson Argote and his family work to celebrate the region’s coffee tradition while emphasizing quality, education, and innovative processing. What: Edinson's Maragesha is grown between 1,600 and 1,850 meters above sea level. At least 80% of the harvested cherries are ripe, and flotation removes green, overripe, and dried fruit.
