Ethiopia Gotiti
Elegantná praná Etiópia s tónmi čierneho čaju a bergamotu, broskyne a pomarančovej kôry. Čistá, jemne kvetnatá šálka so živou kyslinkou, ktorá vynikne vo filtri aj ako espresso. Kávu spracúva pračka Eva Gotiti v etiópskej oblasti Gedeo, kebele Gotiti. Vznikla v roku 2022 a cherry zbiera od 868 drobných pestovateľov z okolitých kávových záhrad. Zrná sa spracúvajú pranou metódou a sušia na vyvýšených lôžkach 10 až 14 dní. Prísna sledovateľnosť a triedenie po lotoch držia kvalitu na úrovni G1.
