Honey sweetness, a mouth-watering lemonade brightness, then mandarin and ripe strawberry. A Kenya that's all fruit and energy. Most Kenyan coffee comes from hundreds of smallholders delivering cherry to a shared factory. Kiamacora is different: a 12-hectare family estate in Kiambu County that runs its own small wet mill — so this lot traces back to one farm. Cherry is hand-picked at 1,750 meters, fermented, washed, soaked a further 24 hours in the classic Kenyan way, then dried on raised beds for two to three weeks. SL28 and Ruiru 11, graded AB. Bright, juicy, and at its best as a pour over. P
