TASTING NOTES SPRITE, RIPE PEACH, MANDARIN ABOUT DANCHE Habtamu Danche Site is a washed lot that comes from Danche, in the Yirgacheffe coffee-growing area of southern Ethiopia. It was produced and exported by Habtamu Fikdu Aga. Yirgacheffe washed coffees are known for their clarity, floral aromatics, citrous tartness, and tea-like structure. After experimenting with a variety of different roasting methods, taking time and temperature into consideration, we were able to find a perfect roast profile that brings out a delicious peachy mouth feel with subtle orange-like tartness.
