High up in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains of El Salvador, Rodolfo Ruffatti is continuing a family coffee-growing tradition that goes back generations. Finca El Salvador has been in the Ruffatti family since 1934, and Rodolfo is bringing his own touch to the farm by experimenting with exciting coffee varieties and processing methods. One of those varieties is Pacamara, famous for its unusually large beans.
