A proper, quintessential Ethiopian coffee. Expect big pitted fruit notes and floral aromatics, lemon acidity, and a sweet, creamy finish. If you were missing our old Suke Shakisso Ethiopian, I reckon this could well scratch the itch! This coffee really shines as a filter brew but also pulls a balanced, well bodied shot of espresso that accepts milk surprisingly well. So much so that our friends at The Winding House in Bridgeno
