Natural Yellow Gesha - Colombian Single Origin
La Cumbre sits on a mountaintop in Palermo, a steep 2 hour climb reveals a paradise in the clouds. The name stands for summit, or peak and at 1,900+ masl, it could not be more accurate. As we walked through their coffee trees the father and son duo were quick to point out their Yellow Gesha, we tried a bean or two and were blown away, we knew we had a winner. This Yellow Gesha is one of the most striking gesha we have ever tried. The natural processing gives way to an array of tropical fruit notes which perfectly pair with the innate sweetness this variety is known for; all without sacrificing
