"Decaf De Caña" refers to the sugar cane process of decaffeinating coffee. This Origin Select lot contains multiple washed Colombian coffees from CENECAFE -the agronomical research arm of Colombia's FNC, (National Federation of Coffee Growers.) We love it's delicate flavor and silky mouthfeel. You don't need to skip out on delicious coffee while skipping out on the caffeine! We taste: orange peel, graham cracker, malted milk chocolate Process: Washed & Ethyl Acetate Variety: Castillo, Caturra, Colombia Elevation: 1400-2000 masl 5lb bags must be ordered by Tuesday to be shipped the same week.
