Mexican Chiapas Fair Trade
Right on the border of Guatemala, the Chiapas region of Mexico is the birth place of this very bright and crisp coffee. Mexican Chiapas is Certified Fair Trade , resulting in an all around sustainable, eco-friendly coffee. Done to a full city roast and offering a light body with a fair amount of acidity , Mexican Chiapas is balanced with a nutty finish.
