Colombia Sugarcane Decaf

Decaf has a reputation for sacrificing flavor—but this coffee is here to change that. Grown at El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, Colombia, this naturally processed coffee offers the fruity sweetness and complexity you would expect from an exceptional specialty coffee. Look for notes of passion fruit, strawberry, honey, cacao, and tropical fruit. The coffee is produced by Elías and Shady Bayter from Red and Yellow Caturra grown at approximately 1,450 meters. After a natural anaerobic fermentation and careful drying, it is decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane EA process. Ethyl acetate

Merchant's tasting notes: passion fruit, citrus, cacao, tropical fruit, strawberry, honey, orange
