Our latest Daily Driver. A classic, traditional profile. This coffee was explicitly roasted with consistency and simplicity in mind. We tasted Candied Pecan, Butter Cookie (both in flavor and in body/mouthfeel), both of which are brightened by a Baked Apple sweetness. We highly recommend this coffee for daily drip coffee, espresso, French press and Aeropress.
