LACON - El Salvador
Nestled in the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador , our coffee plants flourish at around 1,372 meters within the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range. The active volcanoes, including Santa Ana and Izalco, enrich the soil with volcanic ash, contributing to the complexity of this single-origin coffee . The consistent wet and dry seasons provide ideal conditions for this Bourbon variety, allowing the cherries to mature slowly and develop rich notes of cocoa, brown sugar, and a nutty finish.
