Brazil
Hailing from the rolling coffee hills of Minas Gerais, Brazil, this lot showcases typical Brazilian finesse with nuance and depth. The beans deliver low-acidity richness: think almond-butter and cocoa nib, with whispers of caramel and soft dried fruit. A satiny, full-bodied cup that invites slower sipping. Perfect for drip or darker roast profiles that allow the inherent sweetness to shine through. Smooth, nutty, and full-bodied, Minas Gerais Falcafé is comfort in a cup. Low acidity and caramel sweetness make this an everyday favorite — approachable, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
