This is our first single origin roast being released from the NEW Forecast HQ, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. This Pink Bourbon comes from the El Bombo Cooperative in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, a group of more than 80 producers working together to bring their coffees to market. The producers are organic certified and work across small family farms, typically between 1 and 5 hectares, where ripe cherries are selectively handpicked, fermented for 12–36 hours and fully washed before being dried on patios, raised beds and in marquesinas.
